Windows 10: xbox one controller causes WDF violation error when system boot

I have an Intel NUC with a Thunderbolt 3 egpu connected and a xbox one controller connected by a USB cable to the NUC simultaneously before power on the NUC. After the POST, the windows 10 version 2004 or 20H2 goes to blue screen showing WDF violation and then reboot.


If I don't connect any of those 2 devices before system boot, after the system log in, both of them can be connected at the same time, and they are working fine.


What is the problem when system boot?

I was in the process of creating a recovery disk on a USB drive, I don't know if it completed becouse I was doing other thing when Norton requested a reboot, it cought me off guard and clicked ok, will in the process of booting I get the WDF-Violation error.
If I stop the boot and do boot with boot manager I boot normal. I do not have windows 10 CD/DVD

as I installed window over the internet as a upgrade to 8.

I successfully upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. Worked fine for a couple weeks. Yesterday, I had no picture on the monitor. After changing to a HDMI cable I once again had picture, but the computer hung up before loading windows. After several restarts,
I got the boot error message indicating a wdf violation.

I was able to make a windows 10 boot disk, and attempted to use the "repair problems preventing boot up" option. Result was message that problems could not be fixed.

Computer still does not boot, and I've gotten to the wdf violation error several times.
