Windows 10: Xbox One Controller doesnt work with Win10 via USB and the windows keeps replaying...

I just bought an Xbox One Controller and i cant do nothing with it.. I tried every possible solution that are findable on the internet and non of the are working...So its connected to my PC via USB cable becouse i dont have wireless adapter and bluetooth. So its appears on the Device Manager and its says "Xbox One Controller" but its seems like always disconnecting or i dont know. The windows disconnect sound replays always every 10s when the Xbox button on my controller stop lighting for 2s and then repeat...I downloaded the Xbox Accesories app and it doesnt recognise the controller. i tried
