Windows 10: Xbox One Controller Input Delay; PC Windows 10

Hi, recently I have run into issues with my Xbox One controller on PC. It is fairly new and it has been working fine until now. I'm now constantly experiencing significant input lag when using my controller. Also, sometimes the input seems to stick I don't know the best way to describe it. For example, on a racing game if I push the stick left the game will continue to turn left long after I have physically left go of the stick.


I'm using the controller via Bluetooth. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times and updated the drivers to no avail. I've downloaded the Xbox Accessories App off of the Microsoft store and in the testing mode, the controller works fine. The problem only seems to occur once I actually start to play a game. I would really like to fix my controller, any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
