Windows 10: Xbox One Controller not doing anything

I recently got a new computer with windows 10 on it, I plug in my Xbox One controller it is recognized but it does nothing. I tried uninstalling it reinstalling it, updating driver nothing works. It works on my old computer just fine which also has windows 10. I don't know what to do.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
