Windows 10: Xbox One controller stops working intermittently after updating to Windows 11

Hi,I updated my laptop to Windows 11 sometime last year in October. Prior to that, my Xbox One Controller was working okay but not perfectly. Now that issue has become an irritant. My controller spontaneously disconnects and reconnects during gameplay. Some investigation later, I found out that there was a conflict of driver assignment by upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I deleted the controller and its driver from Device Manager, restarted and set it up again. Worked fine for a week, and then the issue started again and is constant ever since. By this point its just extremely frustrat
