Windows 10: Xbox PC Error Code 0x8009030D

I have tried every solution I have seen on the internet and nothing works. It doesn't give me the option to sign in when I hit "Sign In" on the Xbox PC app. All it does is load and then immediately says "We couldn't sign you into Xbox Live. Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. 0x8009030D."Again, NOTHING has helped. I am just so frustrated and want to play my games. It's been happening since about October last year I believe?I don't know what else to do...

If you received this error code 0x80048504, there could be an issue with the Xbox live server, your network connection, or with the account itself. For us to resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps

Please click this link. This process will check and resolve common issues with the apps on your PC.



Step 2: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
• Click on Command prompt (Admin). 
  
• Type wsreset.exe and then hit Enter. 

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

• Click Start and type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
• Right-click and then select Run as administrator.
• Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Hit Enter. 
• Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App.

Hi, I am getting this error and not sure why. Here is the full error:
A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL server credential private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is 0x8009030D. The internal error state is 10001.

I thought I had it fixed with a .pfx key export and import but can't find the instructions I did to fix it (if it did fix it).

Suggestions and/or ideas?
