Windows 10: Xbox Pc program issue

When i launch the app on my pc i cant do anything in it everything is just gray and i cant press anything my internet conection is good and i just want to find a way to fix it.

Still no fix for xbox one controller issue freezing the pc and beeping after 2 weeks!!!

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. With the information you have provided, it seems that the console has something to do with the issue. To further isolate the issue, kindly perform the steps below on your console:

• Turn off your Xbox One console.
• Remove all the cables on it and let it rest for 3 minutes.
• Reconnect all the cables and turn on the console again.
