Windows 10: Xbox “Status” Issue

I am playing a game on my PC but in the Xbox Console Companion app all it says is that I’m online. It’s a game that is included in EA Play from Game Pass Ultimate and the only reason that I can think is that it can only be launched from the EA desktop app and there was no option to create a shortcut for it. I want it to say what I’m playing so friends can join me if they want to.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. With the information you have provided, it seems that the console has something to do with the issue. To further isolate the issue, kindly perform the steps below on your console:

• Turn off your Xbox One console.
• Remove all the cables on it and let it rest for 3 minutes.
• Reconnect all the cables and turn on the console again.

After performing the steps above, kindly reset the console again and check if still does the same thing.

0x80010108 Error When Joining Parties on Xbox App (Windows 10)

Hi,

The error code 0x80010108 may occur due to several reasons. It can possibly be due to an incorrect network configuration or an outdated Xbox App. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• Did the issue start after an update?
• Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription?
• Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

In the meantime, we suggest that you check the NAT type on the Xbox App by following the steps below:

• Click the Start icon and open the Xbox app.
• Select Settings > Network.
• Under Network status, check the NAT type.

Xbox Controller is not connecting to Wireless Adapter

I appreciate your time and patience to work on this issue. To have a better clarity on the issue please reply to the following questions:

• Are you using an Xbox one controller?
  

If you are using an Xbox one controller, I suggest you to refer the steps in the article

How to connect an Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC and see if that helps in resolving the issue.



I would also suggest you to uninstall all the hidden devices under USB hive and check if you are able to connect the wireless adapter. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the hidden drivers:

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. Click View tab.
   
4. Select Show hidden devices.
   
5. Expand Universal Serial Bus and remove all the greyed out devices. To remove the greyed out devices, right click on the device and select
   uninstall.
   
6. Restart your computer.
