    Xbox Store blocked my installation of MSFS 2020 with "installing dependencies" Had to buy again from Steam


    I had to uninstall the xbox store version, then purchase again and install through Steam that has NO PROBLEM .


    I have only 1 installation, but had to pay twice.


    I requested a refund for ONE of the TWO copies and was denied. Why ??


    I paid for MSFS 2020 twice , why can't you refund for the broken xbox store version ??


    If your xbox store blocks the installation, I call that NON DELIVERY, what do you call it?

    msfs 2020

    Flight sim 2020 did not load after 3 days of trying different things. Couldn't get past "Please Wait". Uninstalled msfs 2020 with the intent of starting installation over. Now the install code shows "Redeemed". Is there anything I can do?

    MSFS 2020

    Hi,

    I purchased MSFS 2020 pro when it was released and installed it on my computer - all fine except performance was bad. So I got a new computer, uninstalled MSFS from my old computer (services/apps) and reinstalled it on my new computer. Although the performance
    was now great I only seem to have the basic version (only two aircraft). What do I have to do to get the original pro version installed?
