Windows 10: Xbox Windows App Refusing to Install on Second Drive E:

Hello, I am cross posting this because I am about to rip my hair out of my bald head from this problem. I feel as if the next step is to just do a full fresh re-install of Windows at this point because I am out of options. THE PROBLEM: - When I attempt to install a new game pointed towards my E: drive, it will just blink and do nothing as if I did not click install. When I go into settings > install options > click the drop down for location and select my E: drive, it will just blink and immediately revert back to C: drive. It seems to recognize the drive but is not allowing it. THINGS I

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Thank you for posting your response.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
