    Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows doesn't light up or pair


    Hello,


    Pretty sure my adapter doesn't work at all. It does show up in the device manager when plugged in, says it is running the latest drivers, but when I go to try to pair it, the light doesn't start up on the adapter and the controller never pairs.


    What should I do?
