Windows 10: Xbox Wireless Adapter never ever works

I recently fixed this problem but it has came back. My Xbox wireless adapter official one never works now, it's always either disconnecting non stop, error code 10 or error code 48, I've tried deleting drivers and reinstalling it, tried different usb ports, tried deleting and reinstalling USB drivers, tried installing older drivers, used the extension cable, reinstalled Windows 10, tried plugging it in with no other usb ports. There is probably more solutions I tried but cannot remember right now, though this adapter works perfectly fine on my father's PC, I tried even extracting the drivers
