Windows 10: Xbox Wireless Headset: Audio Balance Feature

Hey i would like to ask if the audio balance feature is only for Xbox or can i somehow activate it on my Windows 10 Education? If it's possible to activate it on pc please tell me how. So far my left earcup does nothing.

Things i tried:

• Soft reset of pc and headset
• Hard reset of headset
• Plug out and plug in the original USB C
• Same for Xbox wireless adapter Usually im using this adapter at the same time with Xbox Series Controller
• Connect it via bluetooth with laptop my pc doesnt have bluetooth
• Disconnect headset from phoneandroid and keep connection with pc only.
  
• Updated the headset in xbox accessoriess app to 0.0.9.0v iirc

Feature description:

Rotating the dial on the outside of the left earcup will adjust the balance between game and chat audio. Rotating forward/counterclockwise will shift the balance in favor of game audio; rotating backward/clockwise will shift the balance in favor of chat audio.
Note Rotating the balance dial completely in one direction will effectively mute either game or chat audio.

As game i tested it with couple of games from Steam. And as chat i tested it with Discord app.

I dont know if thats changes anything, but i keep enabled Windows Sonic.
