Windows 10: Xbox wont let me sign in with this account

whenever i try to sign into the Xbox website using this account i put in the account password the usual stuff then when its supposed to sign me in the screen is the loading one and the Xbox website is in the tab the it turns to the signing out and it says that its sighing me out. i don't know why its doing this, its my first time logging into Xbox on this computer and it works with every single other account i have except for this one on the Xbox website. any advice is appreciated ;D
