Windows 10: xeon

I have seen that many have a problem with the old xeons. I am waiting for a xeon e5462, I will be able to put it in a system with windows 10

Your Intel Xeon E5-1620 processor is not on the Windows 11 supported processors list I provided the link to, you would need to use the the steps that Microsoft provide on the second link

 

About to buy Xeon ES CPU, Which stepping would be safest

Im gonna have a duel xeon cpu setup, was looking to get couple of E5 ES models since the retails are so expensive, PC will be used for work, obviously
Just need to know what stepping are safe to deal with

Any ideas, suggestions let me know !
