Windows 10: Xfinity gigabit internet, Windows 10 2004 speeds are around 400dn Ubuntu 20.04 930dn

I upgraded my plan with Xfinity to gigabit speed but my desktop's speed was abysmal, a screenshot of using Chrome, MS Edge Chrome, and Firefox a few months back:

I finally got back to trying to fix it today, I updated Speed & Duplex from "Auto-Negotiation" to "1.0 Gbs Full Duplex" in advanced properties for the Intel I211AT Gigabit adapter, this did increase my speeds up to ~400 down.

I updated the NIC driver from version: 12.18.8.22 to the latest available: 3/5/2020 12.18.9.7 this did not make a difference in the above download speeds.

So, I created a bootable UbuntuDDE 20.04 USB to test the hardware and internet service another way. The speed is what you would expect from a gigabit connection at +900 Mbps down:

Are there other settings I should change in Windows? I know +400 Mbps down is really more than one needs but I'd like to utilize all I'm paying for.

Windows 10 Build 2004 and Ubuntu 20.04 (WSL)

Hello,

Currently I'm using Windows 10 build 2004 (insider release preview)
and I want to try out new Ubuntu 20.04 via WSL; which is going to be released today (April 23, 2020).
Windows Store has version 18.04 at the moment. When we can expect 20.04 to be available on the store?

is there any other way to install Ubuntu 20.04 under WSL rather than store? I mean any way to sideload directly from a iso file or so?

I want to know how to setup xRDP for Ubuntu 20.04 in Windows Hyper-V? Tutorials for Ubuntu 18.04 doesn't seem to work. I am using the ISO that I downloaded.
