    Hello guys!
    After the last update of Windows 10 when trying to log in by fingerprint gave the error 0x80070032

    I log in with a password and tried:

    - Remove old fingerprint and pin and create a new one

    - Remove the contents of the folder C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc

    And when I tried to create new fingerprint he is didn't add

    OS Windows 10 Home

    I understand that you are facing issues while using fingerprint on your PC. To assist you better, please respond to the questions below.



    1. Which updates were installed on the PC?
    2. What happens when you try to add PIN?


    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the suggestions mention below and see if that helps.



    Method 1:



    Try creating a new user account and see if you are still facing the issue. Refer the article

    Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10



    Method 2:



    Try updating the fingerprint drivers and see if you are able to use the fingerprint. Refer the article

    Update drivers in Windows 10



    However, you can also get in touch with your
    manufacturer     to download the drivers for the fingerprint reader.
