Windows 10: XML page cannot be displayed

XML page cannot be displayed....

Dear Community,

*-Have Windows 10 Pro in S mode.(ALL settings are Microsoft!).

*-Update tell me EVERY time "The XML page cannot be displayed. Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please

correct the error and click the refresh button, or try again later. Security settings DO NOT allow the execution of script code within this stylesheet. Windows update failed. Error code 0x800711c7.

*-Try to restore error but to no avail.

*-Websites talk about "Go to Command Prompt" But in my Windows 10 Pro in S mode system No Command Prompt!

*- Have tried %WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -I , But I get more confused

*- I did find out The Folder which is v2.0.50727.

*-Now because I was diagnosed with memory problems I am not able to work around this problem and the computer language becomes for me very difficult to understand.

Please, how can I fix that Microsoft problem?

Windows 10 1909: troubleshooters display The XML page cannot be displayed on report page

ever since I went to version 1909, I have been unable to view the troubleshooting reports option in all troubleshooters. instead of displaying the report, I got the following text;

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

I do not know what security settings it refers to. I certainly did not set any any settings to block this. I have been unable to find any relevant data on this issue on my own.

 

Windows 10 troubleshooter does not show details get error message The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet

ran the DISM.exe steps each one ran successfully. When those finished, I ran sfc /scannow and it had no integrity violations. I then restart my laptap and proceeded to try one of the Troubleshooters under the Settings page. I still got the error when
trying to view the detailed information.

Are there any other work arounds?
