Windows 10: XNA Game Studio 4.0 is not installing on Windows 10

I tried installing XNA Game Studio 4.0 on Windows 10, and i have Visual C# 2010 installed. Before install it shows a message saying:this program may work incorrectly: XNA Game Studio 4.0 and below. Cannot start this app because it causes problems with security and performance in Windows.message is roughly translatedCan anyone help?

Whenever I go to install XNA on my computer, the installer always tells me this:

The following requirements were not met.

These requirements must be resolved prior to

installing Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0:

Install Windows Phone Developer Tool, Visual

Studio 2010 or Visual C# 2010 Express

I already have Visual Studio 2015 installed on my computer. I clicked the link (the underlined text), and it sent me back to the download page for Visual Studio 2015. Do I have to download all three resources, is it compatible with Windows 10, or is XNA
4.0 just outdated?

 

Installing XNA Game Studio for Visual Studio 2017

Hello, I have been using XNA Game Studio for a while now. I had previously used this article (Visual Studio 2017 XNA Setup – FlatRedBall) to help me install XNA for Visual Studio 2017 and it did work until now. I reset my PC a few days ago, so
I had to reinstall all of my software. Visual Studio was not working properly before, so that was one of the reasons I did a reset. My computer was also moving quite sluggishly. Well, I tried reinstalling the XNA software using this method and it failed both
times. I would be very thankful any answers to my question as I am going though a programming course (C#) and I need to have XNA to finish an activity, so yes, this is an urgent question.

XNA Game Studio 4.0 not installing

Thank you for posting your concern in Microsoft Community and we regret for the inconvenience.

Before starting to troubleshoot the issue, I suggest you to check if the software installer you are using is not corrupt.

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to install
Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0 in compatibility mode and check if it helps. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Right click the setup file for the program, this can be designated as
  setup.exe or something similar. Click Troubleshoot Compatibility
  to launch the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter wizard which will check for issues.
  
• 
  Select the option “Troubleshoot program”
  and depending on the problems you are experiencing when attempting to install or use the software, check off the problems. Click on Next.
  
• 
  Select a version of Windows the program is known to work in.
  
• 
  Click on Next and then follow the on screen instructions.
  

If it still does not help, I suggest you to place the computer in a Safe Mode state and check if the uninstallation is successful.
