    XP emulation for Windows 10 Professional


    Hello all,


    Is there a Microsoft Windows XP emulation program available for Windows 10 Professional, as there was for Windows 7 Professional? I have an amateur radio ham radio program that will not run on any operating system newer than Windows XP.


    The Windows 7 Professional emulation program was distributed by Microsoft and it worked very well. Basically, it divided the hard drive into two sections: one section for Windows 10 Professional and the other section for XP. One could see all of the files in both sections when using the file explorer from the XP side, but not from the Windows 10 Professional side.

    Windows XP professional

    I am having problems with my PC. The system started rebooting while I was trying to login yesterday. Since then, the system boots up till the Windows XP logo is displayed and starts rebooting. When I tried to go to "Safe Mode" the process stops at "Partition c:\Windows\ststen32\Drivers\Mup.Sys" and starts rebooting. This loop goes on.

    Can any one suggest how to repair/reinstall the XP professional edition.

    • You mean to say, the software used to run Windows XP virtually?
    • What do mean by this statement "upgrade did not included the XP emulator (with Outlook Express)"?
    • You mean, it was missing after Windows 10 upgrade?
    Give us these details to assist you better.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
