    XPS 13 Pro won't connect to second monitor


    I bought an XPS 13 Pro last summer for my freshman year. Because of the two USB-C ports, I got a docking station to connect to my monitor. Recently, the monitor had started to suddenly go black for a second or two, and then altogether stopped working. I tried changing the cords, got a new docking station, changed my drivers, and did everything I could find online. After an hour of work, I finally got it to extend, but after closing my computer, it stopped working again. If I set it to an extended display, it acts like the second monitor is working such as the mouse disappearing off the right

    Yes I am using a genuine apple cable and tried your method but still having issues . The device connects and all looks fine for a few minutes then it drops connection then reconnects and repeats this behaviour so I've gave up .see attached images.
