Windows 10: XPS 15 Running Windows 11 with Insider Preview Builds is unable to adjust brightness

Recently, I've had an issue with my XPS 15 9510. I'm unable to adjust my brightness settings, and some similar settings related to screen display, such as turning on night mode. When I press the brightness up or down buttons, nothing changes. The pop up UI that shows the brightness bar seems to move up and down but only between two settings, no matter how many times I press the button but the brightness itself does not change. The same issue occurs when I try to adjust the brightness manually in the action center, using the slider. The slider moves up and down, but the brightness does not ch

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Were you able to see any error message/ error code with this issue?
• Have you tried to install all the pending updates for drivers and Windows Updates on your device?

This issue might have happened due to corrupted/ outdated drivers.

Unable to install latest insider preview build

Hi,

Currently I am on 14986 build and unable to install the latest build and keep getting the pop-up message to install the latest build. As I am trying to update the build but it's keep failing and getting error. Is there any direct link to download and install
the latest insider preview build. Please give any suggestion to help me out.
