    Hi. My XPS 15 updates are in a loop and doesn’t shut down.It said “updates are underway. Please keep your computer on” and it has been 2 hours in this page. And I tried to hold the power button 5-10seconds and it come back the same statement and doesn’t shut down. Anyone can help me solve this problems please? Thank you
