    Yahoo accounts attacked.


    I get my satellite tv and landline broadband from SKY. They have just announced on their home page that Yahoo have been the victims of a cyber attack in "late 2014".
    A bit slow telling us, don't you think?
    I cannot remember when SKY became associated with Yahoo, I thought it was last year, but my memory for dates is very dubious.
    Does anyone have more info on this?

    my yahoo account was attacked and ever sense all my incoming mail goes directly to the trash how do I stop this from happening

    Windows Mobile "Your Yahoo Account settings are out of date"

    I am using Microsoft Lumia 640Xl Windows 10 Mobile, After successfully setting up yahoo account continuously getting pop for "You yahoo account settings are out of date". and this account is not syncing with yahoo mail.

    from browser i am able to log in yahoo mail account. kindly help to get yahoo account synced with my mobile.

    Yahoo! is inferior in security management. That is why I deleted my Yahoo! e-mail account permanently. People that work for it are not doing their jobs properly. Shame.

    It is your decision to pose yourself as an easy target for hackers. Not my fault if they get you regardless of the password change or not.

    Any suggestions as to a secure browser? Or they all the same? Changing may be "out of the frying pan into the fire".

    You can check, if your email is listed here Find the source of your leaks.

    All major browsers are sandboxed and pretty much equally safe. Just make sure to keep them updated.

    Yahoo accounts attacked.

    I posted a rant yesterday on the Sky community about Yahoo and they did not publish it.
    Sky are not even sending the "request change of password" emails.
    I have changed my Pay Pal password, other than that, I avoid internet banking.

    When in doubt just change your passwords every month, at least. That's one of the best ways to be secure.
