Windows 10: Yahoo deleting frustration

Hello, I would like to delete a folder in Yahoo mail. It is empty and when you click in it, it says it is empty. However, when I click on 'delete', I get a message saying the folder cannot be deleted because it is not empty! Have googled and googled, but cannot get past the instruction that I need to delete all content from the folder first and then it will delete. Well, I have done that already ... so that isn't helping!Any helpful suggestions, please? Thanks folks!

Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
• Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
• Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
• Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

Let me suggest you to remove then add your Yahoo account which is configured to the Windows Mail. Please follow the steps below to remove your account:

• Open your Windows Mail
• Click the Settings
• Select Manage account then click your email
• Click Delete account then select Delete

After doing the steps above, add again your account and see if the issue still persist.
