Windows 10: Yahoo mail issue

using WIN10 and Yahoo mail basic for a long time. Had an issue regarding spam. Went to Yahoo mail help and the contact screen just locks up and doesn't allow input. Since I can't get to Yahoo help I thought I ask the community here if that is just me or does Yahoo mail help no longer exist? ThanksRon

Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
• Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
• Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
• Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

Issue with yahoo mail on Microsoft Edge

• Did you receive any error message?
• Did you install ant third party security application?
