Windows 10: Yahoo! Powered mesef - Trojan

I am constantly getting antivirus AVG warnings:




To get rid of it I have tried:

• Moving the file to Quarantine
• The keep blocking function of avg
• Going to the file path and deleting the file myself
• Sending to avg for analysis never got a reply

Is it a false alert or are there other steps to removing this? Please can I have some help.

Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
• Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
• Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
• Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

Let us know if the issue persists after following the steps above.

Today I find in Programmes and Features "Yahoo!Powered" appearing in my Desktop PC and I am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit OS. I have not voluntarily installed this programme. Hence I wanted to uninstall this programme but I could not succeed.

Please suggest step by step procedure to get rid of this programme from my system.
