Windows 10: Yahoomail will not open on my laptop.

Discus and support Yahoomail will not open on my laptop. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried going through ATT.net and Yahoomail from both apps and websites and their URL can't be opened.     Yahoomail will not open on my laptop.


    I have tried going through ATT.net and Yahoomail from both apps and websites and their URL can't be opened. I get "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.c9ee3e17.1617219094.172961b4" with a different set of numbers every time I try. I can open it on my old laptop and my cell phone. Must be in permissions? My email ends in sbcglobal.net - so I'm wondering if the merger of email between Att.net and Yahoo has messed it up? Please Help! Oh and Outlook can't contact it either - says I have to "fix it" but then can't access my Yahoomail. : Deb

    Repeated interruption in keyboard operation, especially in Yahoomail in Windows 10.

    1. I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.

    2. Yes problem is limited to Yahoomail in Edge browser in Windows 10. No such problem in gmail in Chrome in Windows 10.

    3) I have not tried any troubleshooting steps and await suggestions from MS, Yahoo or the community.

    Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
