Windows 10: Year old gaming laptop with win11 pro

So I have a year and a half Old HP victus gaming laptop with Windows 11pro but what do I still have version 23h2 and not 24 ? As I just bought my friend and 2023 HP 15 genetic laptop and was setting it up for her and she has 24h2 ?? And I'm pretty sure mine can handle it so there something I need to do or what ??

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks

 

migrate from win10 pro (old pc) to win11 pro (new pc preinstalled with win11home)

i have win10 pro on my old laptop that hw-incapable of supporting tpm 2.0; now i have new laptop preinstalled with win11 home. how do i upgrade the latter to win11pro for free that i couldn't on former laptop?
