Windows 10: Yellow Hyperlink Font in Windows 10

Unreadable yellow font for hyperlinks in Windows 10 system windows. I need to change the color so it is readable.

Yellow font hyperlinks

After upgrading to windows 10 some hyperlinks show up with yellow fonts making them difficult for me to read. Does anyone know how to change the default color for hyperlink fonts from yellow to blue or red?

Yellow hyperlinks on Windows 10

Hi, I've refreshed my Windows 10 because I had crashing problems and since then, the hyperlinks and some fonts have turned yellow. They are unreadable. I also noticed that when I hold my mouse button and move it, instead of a blue square, it's a yellow square
like in the picture.
