    Yellow Triangle w/Exclamation Point on OS C: Drive


    So I've been getting this on my C Drive. It usually isn't on there, but sometimes it appears and goes away, at least I think, after I put it to sleep.I've been trying to figure out what's causing it an tried troubleshooting. I've ran my Norton antivirus on a full system scan, I've ran Error checking, etc. Nothing seems to be turning up.I don't know what's causing this or if this is something I should be concerned about, or if this message on my C Drive is harmless, but I wonder what can make this go away. And I thought I'd ask here since this is a new laptop that I got last month.

    Windows 10 Update - I see an Update - Intel 1904.12.0.1208, with a yellow triangle & inside an exclamation mark????? should I let this update install, is there a risk to do this update ?

    This is scary !

    What does a yellow exclamation mark over the C Drive on a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 in Devices and Drives mean?

    What? Here's what the OP said: After installing Office 365 and checking the system out I see a yellow exclamation mark over the "Windows (CYellow Triangle w/Exclamation Point on OS C: Drive :) in Devices and Drives.
     Nothing about an unlocked padlock.
