Windows 10: Yellow Warning Icon on C: Drive in Windows 10 Version 2004

Hi, I want to know what that yellow warning symbol with a padlock on the C: Drive means and how to remove it? I just don't know anything about it.

C Drive icon disapear?

I was trying to install need for speed pro street demo. I install it in C drive directory. Somehow it got currupted.. so I delete the files manually in C drive and reboot and download pro street again.

Now my C drive picture Icon disapear and now it just a white square. Did when I was deleting pro street files in C drive somehow it effect the C drive icon? or did I accidently delete something that is not pro street file?

How do I make my C drive picture Icon back?

 

Remove yellow/blue sheild icon from shortcuts


After upgrading to Windows 10, some desktop shortcuts have UAC shield icons. Is it possible to remove them?





EDIT: Here's a solution...
Launch the shortcuts via CMD:

1. Right-click the shortcut to Properties
2. Click Change Icon, then click OK when its window pops up (necessary step to avoid losing the icon)
3. Add the following, plus a space, to the beginning of the Target field, leaving the existing path at the end:

   cmd /c start ""

I had previously solved this by editing a system icon file, but that method doesn't seem to be working as of update 1607, plus it was a lot more trouble.

 

What does a yellow exclamation mark over the C Drive on a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 in Devices and Drives mean?

What? Here's what the OP said: After installing Office 365 and checking the system out I see a yellow exclamation mark over the "Windows (C in Devices and Drives.
Nothing about an unlocked padlock.
