YES I NEED HELP IM NOT TO SURE BUT I LET SOMEONE USE MY COMPUTER FOR ABOUT 30 MMINUTE AND I NOW RELIZE IT WAS A MISTAKE... I THINK THAT HE DID SOEMTHING TO MY ONEDRIVE CLOUD IT SAYS ITS SYNCING NOT SURE IF IM PARANOID OR IF SOEMONE HAS GOT IN MY STUFF BECAUSE IM NOTICING IN ALL MY EMAILS WIERD THINBGS AND acounts BEING USED UNDER MY NAME I NEED SOMEOBE TO HELP ME WHAT DO I DO AND WHERE DO I GO TO PREVENT ANYMORE HAPPENING I FEEL LIKE MY STUFF IS BEING USED UNDER MY NAME

I suggest you to go through the powershell command and try the steps.

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click on File tab and select Run New Task.
  
• Make sure you have a check mark beside Create this task with administrative privileges.
  
• Type Powershell.
• Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Close the Powershell window
• Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.

If the issue still persist, try the below steps:

Step 2.

I would recommend you to the Run the Internet connections troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the Windows search box on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting in the search results.
  
• 
  Click "View all" and then click "Internet Connections".
  
• 
  Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooter.

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
