Windows 10: Yesterday reinstalled HP System Event Utility and now i cant disable these "touchpad...

After the reinstall when pressing the fn key with f11 to enable/disable the touchpad, i now get TWO pop-ups that are VERY in the way. I did install some other HP related apps and then later deleted those after finding out that they did nothing and found an HP support post with a link to the microsoft store and downloaded it from there. I just now 18:18 checked task manager and under HP System Event Utility there are 2 programs running in the background. I tried to disable one and see if something did it. I discovered the ugly half transparent hand isnt always on top.

And, the ELAN Clickpad and HID-Compliant mouse listed both have last events that indicate ‘Device migrated’ whatevet that means. Regardless, the mouse prperties does not have a button to disable the Touchpad as most all solutions suggest

If your laptop has a touchpad utility software, you may check if it has an option to disable the touchpad. For instructions please follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel.
• Select View by: Small icons.
• Open Mouse.
• Click on Touchpad tab.
• Under the Touchpad sub-menu, click Disable.
• Click Apply, and OK.

Disclaimer: If you disable the touchpad, you need to use the keyboard or external mouse to navigate.
