Windows 10: Yet again a problem with 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64 Min Runtime' not installed

Hello, I am faced with a problem regarding the 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64 Runtime - 14.13.26020'.At first, I tried installing a third-party software onto my new laptop - so far so good, the software is Citrix and I know for a fact it can be installed on my machine as this is my second time doing so. Had to reset it to factory state for reasons.But then, it asked me to select a certain file's location - it couldn't find the famous Runtime mentioned before. *I went to check whether or not I had some C++ applications installed, and turned out I had basically all of them from 2008 to 2020.So

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistribution Package 2017 x64 won't install.

Already tried live chat and contacting support and I'm not getting anyone that will help.

I'm trying to update my drivers for NVIDIA but the newest update won't install. A thing called Microft Visual c++ 2017 x64 won't install and I get a message saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." and when
I click out a message shows saying "The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 x64 Minimum Runtime 14.14.26429 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." But, this is no where listed in my programs. only the x86 part. Does anyone know how
to fix this?
