Windows 10: Yet one more Virtool/Excludeproc.D support post.

Virtools player stop working

Hi,

There are various reasons why you are unable to play a game on your PC. It is possible that some of the game installation files got corrupted or there is a software conflict between the game that you are trying to play and some of the apps installed on your
PC. To better assist you with your concern, please clarify the following information:

• What is the title of the game that you are trying to play?
• Did the issue start after an update?
• Are you using the Virtool Player to play the game?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

In the meantime, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the
Run troubleshooter button on this link.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
