Windows 10: Yeti Mouse has stopped being detected by everything except ghub software

I have a yeti microphone. I just got my Alienware replaced. However, when I was adjusting the settings trying to minimize the background noise due to the complaints from other teammates in Destiny game chat, as they said it sounded like I was bashing my keyboard. Then after restart my mic stopped being detected. It is no longer being detected in any application except the input gain can be see when I'm speaking in the ghub software.I have uninstalled Ghub, uninstalled the drivers, Dell did a operation system reinstall. I Made sure that in windows sound settings that all the apps that I normall

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

Follow the Methods below and check if that helps.

Method 1: Connect Blue Yeti to your computer and Run
the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
• In the category select small icons.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Follow the steps suggested in the link below. Try the troubleshooting steps one by one from the drop down.

Logitech Ghub G604 mouse not working with EA/Steam Starwars battlefront 2. contacted both companies and they've sent me to you.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use the G604 in Starwars Battlefront 2.



It seems that is a Mouse compatibility issue that causes your problem. Because this game detected your mouse as another type of mouse,

the game is published in 2017 and the G604 is published in 2019 so in this game may the mouse not be added.

You can try to change the keyboard in the Ghub use the profile that links to a specific game instead of all games and run the Ghub as administrator.

MOUSE NOT DETECTING ON INSTALLATION WINDOW

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better?

• What is the make and model of your system?
• Have you tried to use this mouse on another System?
• Have you tried any other mouse on the system you are getting issues?

I would suggest you restart your system and uninstall and reinstall the mouse drivers.

Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver:

    Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
    
  • 
    Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
    
  • 
    Search for the “Mice and other pointing devices”
    from the device list and expand it, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may
    select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
    
  • 
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and restart the computer.
    

Once it gets uninstalled I would suggest you to go to the manufacturer website and install the latest driver from there and check.
