You are not the owner of this case - Audio Support

A friend of mine recently sent me a new laptop and I'm having issues with the audio. It works perfectly for about 40-50 minutes then slowly starts crackling. If I go into the setting and change the output it instantly fixes itself... for another 45 minutes and I have to keep swapping back and forth. Strangely if I leave the device manager open it takes far longer for the audio pops and cracks to start and I only need to juggle it two-three times a day, but I'd still rather fix this if I can. I've followed every single step, updated the drivers, turned off audio enhancements, the whole 9 yards

    :)

No audio device is installed (How to fix?)

Since you uninstalled the Intel Display audio and you no longer have audio, that suggests you are using HDMI (??) If this is the case then the Realtek is not being used and not causing your problem.

First step as mentioned is to reinstall the Intel Display Audio.

    AUDIO SERVICE NOT WORKING.

    Hi,

In that case, I suggest you follow below.

    Step 1:

In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.

    Step 2:

Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

    Step 3:

Look for IDT High Definition Audio CODEC. If it's listed, right-click it and select Update Driver, then select Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

    Step 4:

You’ll see a list of pre-installed drivers. Select High Definition Audio Device, and then select Next.

    Step 5:

    Restart PC

Let me know the results after performing the above.
