    gmail attachments

    I have the same issue. So far, any email with an attachment shows the paper clip in the email list view. But when I go into the email I dont see any attachments. I tested this and had someone forward the same email to both gmail and my live account and
    the attachment showed up in the live account. The problem seems to be related to just gmail. Very frustrating. I was thinking of deleting the account settings and re-add it but then I will have to relink (most likely, I am guessing) my contacts again that
    I have in my gmail address book. Not sure if I should bite the bullet and do it. If I get more emails with attachments to gmail that I cannot ask the sender to send to my live account, I might just do it.

    gmail problem

    Hi
    I have several gmail accounts and can sign into Chrome with each except for one.
    When I attempt to sign in with the problem account it tells me that the password is incorrect.
    Using Gmail's account recovery & 2 factor authentication gmail sends a verification code to my phone (which I receive).
    The next step is to enter the verification code into account recovery which it accepts.
    It then states that it will send a code to my recovery email address.
    However, I don't receive the email.
    I've attempted using a different recovery email address with no luck.
    Now the email account is working since it receives (& sends) emails daily (vial Mailbird).
    It's just not possible to sign into Chrome with it.
    Any suggestions?

    Sorry. The suggestion that it is a Google bug is not credible. My windows phone 7 (Samsung focus) is the only device that has this issue. The exact same Gmais with attachments can be correctly viewed on my iPhone, my friends Android, via PC browser, etc.

    However the attachments do not show up when attempting to access via the gmail email client on windows phone7.
