Windows 10: "you cannot play online multiplayer because of how the account is setup"

I'm having the "you cannot play online multiplayer because your acc" thing but when I try to fix it, it just brings me to the gold options cause I downloaded it when I had gold but I already purchased it in that time then gold ran out so now it won't let me play online?, all my multiplayer setting are on, so I don't know why gold won't let me play without it when I can play other games online

Hello I’m having trouble finding a solution to fixing how to play minecraft multiplayer

Every time it says You cant play multiplayer beacause of how you’re Microsoft account is setup I’ve deleted it and reinstalled but still same error please help

• Are you using a child account?
• Aside from the privacy settings, have you tried to change the online safety settings of the account?
• Can you play other multiplayer games using the same account?

If you are using a child account, we would like to let you know that only a parent account can change the online safety settings of your profile. In the meantime, you may follow the steps on this

link to allow your account to play multiplayer games online.

A final note, PlayStation users have to pay for online play also It is only PlayStation 3 users that don't . But ask yourself this: If Microsoft offer free play for online multiplayer, how would you fund the servers needed for Xbox Live?

• Higher Game Prices?
• Higher rental Prices?
• Less servers and availability?
• Less servers and sustainability?
