    I keep trying to sign into my computer, I tried connecting it to wifi, starting it up in safe mode, logging in with my password or a different account. It will not let me log in. It keeps saying my credentials cannot be verified or it will say your device is offline. Try a different sign-in method. PLEASE HELP
