Windows 10: You can't sign into your device right now. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem, or...

Since I updated to windows 10, I get this "You can't sign into your device right now. Go to account.live.com to fix the problem, or try the last password you used on this device." when I try to login. It keeps giving me this message for usually several minutes as I enter the same password repeatedly. It only allows me sign in after some time or some trials. How to solve this issue? I suspect that it comes up because signing in requires internet connection, but my wifi is not connecting for the first few mintues. If it is the case, is there an option to sign in offline? It is rather inconveni

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
