    I have a solid-state drive in an external USB enclosure, with files and folders copied from my old Windows 10 laptop. I now use Windows 11 on a new laptop. The SSD is encrypted with BitLocker. I have the password, and can unlock the drive fine. The problem I'm encountering is that I can't open the files. I get the following error message:"You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission."I've tried to follow some how-to videos on YouTube to try to change the permissions, but have been unsuccessful. I also tried a third-party appli
