You don’t have permission access to this device. How can I fix this issue?

I connected my phone to my Windows 11 laptop to transfer photos, but when I click on the connected device, it shows, 'You don’t have permission access to this device.' How can I fix this issue?1. Tapped the notification and select **File Transfer** or **Transfer files** MTP mode.2. Used a different USB cable or port to rule out hardware issues.3. Updated USB Drivers on the system.4. In my phone settings in **Developer Options**, enabled **USB debugging**.5. Restarted my phone and laptop to refresh the connection. I have already followed the above troubleshooting steps but nothing's working.

    :)

You Do Not Have Permission To Access This Device

    Thanks for the reply, Wynona.

I have tried this as well in the past, the issue is my removable drives are not accessible at all, and this only adds the take ownership option to files and folders, not drives. I cannot even open removable drives to take ownership of a file or folder inside of it.

Unless there is a step i am missing, still no luck, Thanks for the help, any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are two options because i have tried two different scripts. Removed both, tried the one in suggested in this forum, and have received the same results.
