Windows 10: You dont have the permission to save in this folder ERROR

Whenever I am trying to download anything in my E: Drive it is showing an error "You dont have the permission to save in this folder. Ask the administrator for the permission. Do you want to save in yasha folder instead?" yasha folder is basically system's Downloads. Please help what setting I need to change.

This is a process but it worked for me:
You can follow these steps for one folder or go here to make sure your folder is shared with Everyone
1.Right click on the folder that you can't access and click share with >specific people
2. Click add and then enter Everyone for a user name
3. Click read permissions where it says read to read/write
4. Click share, click done

1. Right click properties on the folder you can't access
2. Click advanced.
3. Click change owner
4. Type Everyone for the owner and select owner reset to full control.
5. close properties
6. Then click on the save file box and choose the default folder you want to save to in the open dialog box.
With a new owner with full control of everything and sharing it should work if you followed this completely. Worked for me. *Shock

 

I dont get administrative permissions to a specific folder.

• Click the Security tab.
• Under Group or user names, tap or click your name to see the permissions you have.
• Click Edit, then select the check boxes for the permissions that you need. Tap or click OK.

Which folder are you trying to save to?

If you aren't using the true administrator there will be certainly places you can't save to, or even access unless you manually change the security permissions to allow yourself access.
