Windows 10: You guys are a joke with your updates

I just had to reset my computer cause of your updates made my computer not sleep as typical windows i just got done getting everything where i want it heres a stupid windows lets **** everything up the screen wont shut off again since i got a windows again literally all i do is try to get thing to work and when i get them to work i ha e to start over wvery time and there it is windows go to solve it all all they seem to know is well reset your computer and you have to everything else is always a waste of time way to have to worlds biggest piece of **** what a disappointment you guy are absolut

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Vista Pre-SP1 vs. Vista SP1

I've been Windows Updating for two straight days and I finally saw SP1. If you want to troubleshoot it, follow these steps:

• Show hidden updates
• Manually install any failed updates (google the KB_____ and install from the windows site)
• Make sure everything in Device Manager is good to go

I had to do step two for like 4 or 5 updates to be able to see SP1.

Any other benchmarks you guys want to see? I might try PCMark05 (I think it works on Vista).
