Windows 10: 'You need to ask to use this site, send a request to an adult in your family' but im not...

When i was 18 or so my mum made me a family admin on Microsoft family so i shouldn't have to ask for permission for anything, however this didn't seem to work as now when i use Disney+ it tells me i need permission. So doing the only logical thing i left my family, however when using Disney+ i still get the Microsoft family safety pop up telling me i cant watch family guy. I go onto the windows family app and it says I'm not part of a family, and whenever i ask for permission the site returns an error. Anyone know how i can fix this?

"Ask a Parent" sends email to ALL adults in the Family

How can I stop "Ask a Parent" from sending an email to all adults in the family? At the moment the Grandparents are also getting requests and I don't want them approving things for my child.

 

Ask for permission You'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use: Google Chrome

Also if you are an adult in your family and you are still having this issue do this.

• Ask for permission to use the program
• go onto another web browser and log into the other email you or a family member uses
• if you are not in the family tab add your self to the children's accounts
• accept the request to use the program
• then remove yourself from the children's account and into the adult section

Family Feature requires ask forpermission when using an adult account

Since adding my child´s account with Family Features turned on in my PC, Windows 10 started to ask me for adult permission when trying to install new stuff. Of course, the big problem relies on that I have the adult account and I am not able to install more
software.

Family Features request to ask an adult for permission by email, and when sending the emails says:

Something went wrong

We’re working on it – try again in a little bit.

Again, I´m using the account adult of the family, and this happened with Windows 1803. I already reinstalled Windows 10 1809 with same results. I need a real solution/fix for this issue, even when a full format and reinstallation does not solve it.

Can you provide steps or fix to solve this issue?
