    You PC rain into a problem, and needs to restart. It restarted instead of turning off.


    This happened at 2:14 am. I was turning off my Windows 11 PC, but it restarted instead."You PC rain into a problem, and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you". Had a big : on top of the message.I ran a sfc and there are no corrupted files, thankfully. What can I do? This is the first time this I've ever encountered this problem, and this happened on my Windows 11 PC, which I've had a little less than a year.

    PC Restarting

    My comp kept restarting a few months ago, mostlty while gaming. It turned out to be my RAM, they were running at 200MHz CL 2.5 instead of CL 3, so I turned down the FSB and voila problem fixxed.

    Pc restart instead of shutdown after brief powerloss.

    I ask because i have in bios option AC Power Loss POWER OFF. So it shouldnt boot after power back.

    My house powerloss ( 1 second? ) was very brief ,then pc rebooted instead of shutdown.


    My pc get restarted instead of shutdown.Any ideas?

    I ask because i have in bios option AC Power Loss POWER OFF and pc shouldnt be restarted or turned on after power loss.

    My PC restarts, What's the problems?

    Hi Team,

    My PC keeps on restarting ,

    System Specs are:-
    Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
    i7 3770K
    Samsung SSD 256GB
    Corsair CX 430 PSU
    Win 7

    What I have done till now:-
    1.My PC started restarting so what I did, I installed Win7 on 500GB Samsung SATA drive and formatted my SSD , Full Format. and then installed Win7 on SSD, which worked for say, 2 hours or so and then PC again started restarting.
    2. It once also restarted when I was in BIOS.
    3.While rebooting it always asks for "Launch Windows Start up repair"
    4.Yesterday PC stayed ON 20 minutes and then again restarted.
    5.Sometimes it get restarted often while booting and does not even come to login Screen.

    Please suggest, I don't know what's the problem.
