Windows 10: You Tube on Start menu

I was at Staples today and all the laptops they had on their counters had a You Tube tile on their Start Menu. Mine does not! Can anyone tell me how to get it? You Tube (by whatever name) is not listed in my All Apps. I can place a shortcut on my desktop but I cannot pin it to my Start Menu. Thanks in advance.

I can't pretend to even begin to understand the link you kindly offered. At Staples, each laptop (there must have been some 20 at least) I played with had a YouTube tile on the Start Menu. When yoau click/touch it, it simply takes you to the main page of YouTube where you get to search for whatever. I have a YouTube shortcut on my desktop (so it's no big deal), but it annoys me that when you right-click it it doesn't give you the option to pin to Start Menu.

I'm editing this note because I just noticed that on Chrome the YouTube link is one of the Apps.
