Windows 10: You'ar Using Other Antivirus Providers Windows 10 Home

Hello, sorry to disturb, I want to ask why my Windows Defender Antivirus cannot be activated, it says, You are using other Antivirus providers. and I have McAfee AntiVirus. Then for Real Time Protection in McAfee I have turned it off but Windows Defender still can't. Should I Uninstall McAfee Antivirus? Will that work? I've been trying to remove McAfee but after I restarted it happened Automatic Repair Whyy ???

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

AR-SA Language added automatically every restart

Thanks for the update. I've tried to replicate the issue but the AR-SR keyboard doesn't retain after a restart. Being said, it's possible that a software/program may cause the keyboard to re-enable. To
rule this out, try the method below:

• First, remove the keyboard by re-adding the AR-SR language, and then select
  Remove to remove the keyboard from the selection.
• Once the AR-SR keyboard is removed, perform a clean boot by following the steps on the article provided in the previous post.
• In clean boot environment, disable all startup programs by following the steps on the same article under the
  How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot section. Click the drop-down arrow to view the steps.
• Once you're done, check if the AR-SR keyboard will still appear after a restart.
